These classes are aimed at adults, but children maybe able to attend with permission of the instructor.  Follow the links for activities aimed specifically for our mature and active users, school children, under 5s and our holiday activity programme.


SO FIT – Mondays 7:45 – 8:30pm.  Learn some amazing dance routines and keep fit with PWL. £5 per person, no booking necessary.


YOGA – Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm (all levels) & 7:30 – 8:30pm (advanced) with Chrissie Bond, incorporating Hatha/Iyengar Yoga techniques and suitable for all levels. Telephone 07802 784 904 or e-mail for details.


SATURDAY CLASS – Saturday 09:30 – 10:30am with Jeanette Saunders. Boost your fitness, lose weight, tone up and build muscle in this fun and varied class. Just £5 (U18’s £3.50) minimum age 14. No need to book, just turn up.
